Most Indian road crash victims never claim what they’re owed — because no one tells them they can. We’re here to change that with free tools, expert mentors and step-by-step guidance.

About this initiative
India sees over 4.6 lakh road crashes a year, yet fewer than 1 in 4 victims ever file a compensation claim. The reasons are always the same — they don’t know they can, the process feels opaque, or they can’t afford a lawyer.
This initiative combines AI-powered legal guidance (Aasha), an instant compensation calculator, and a network of pro-bono advocates and trauma doctors — so any victim, anywhere in India, has a real path to justice.

You can still claim compensation
The Motor Vehicles Act is far more forgiving than people assume. Here are situations where victims still qualify for compensation — and we can help you file.
The driver ran away
If the driver responsible for the accident fled the scene, you may still have legal options to recover compensation.
The offending vehicle had no insurance
Even if the at-fault vehicle was uninsured, there may still be ways to pursue a claim.
You were a cyclist, pedestrian, or passenger
If you were not driving but were injured in the accident, you may still be entitled to compensation.
You're unsure who was at fault
If fault is unclear or you don't want to blame anyone yet, a legal review can help determine your options.
